We loved our stay at the Address Dubai Mall hotel. We stayed in a Premier Club Twin bedroom. The room was truly a sight to behold. As we stepped inside, we were immediately struck by its grandeur and elegance. The space was vast, spanning an impressive 70 square metres, and was decorated in a modern and sophisticated style. The hotel had clearly spared no expense in furnishing the room, as every detail exuded luxury and opulence. Plush furnishings adorned the room, from the soft, sumptuous couch to the high-end amenities scattered throughout. But what truly took our breath away was the special touch that the hotel had added for our wedding anniversary. The room was adorned with beautiful rose petals, balloons, and a stunning towel display featuring swans. To top it off, they had written 'happy anniversary' on the bed, a small gesture that meant the world to us. It was clear that the hotel management had gone above and beyond to make our stay truly special.
But the surprises didn't end there. Later in the day, we were delighted to receive a delicious cake, a selection of mouth-watering dates and chocolates, as well as a bowl of fresh, juicy fruit. It was a thoughtful and generous gesture that made us feel incredibly pampered and cherished. As we settled into the room, we couldn't help but feel like royalty.
The room had a two twin beds with a third extra bed with soft, luxurious linens and fluffy pillows, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The room also had a spacious seating area with a comfortable armchairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view of the city skyline.
The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate rain shower, and luxurious bathrobes and slippers. The hotel had also provided us with a selection of high-end toiletries, adding to the overall luxurious experience. We felt like we were in a spa, indulging in a pampering session fit for royalty.
We also had access to the hotel's amazing Executive Club Lounge, which offered a variety of complimentary snacks and drinks throughout the day. It included buffet breakfast and lunch in CEZ restaurant and afternoon tea and dinner in the Executive Club Lounge on the 2nd floor. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing us with excellent service and always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The hotel's location was also a major highlight for us, as it was connected to the famous Dubai Mall, making it easy for us to go for shopping and dining.
Overall, our experience at The Address Dubai Mall hotel was fantastic and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai. From the top-notch accommodations to the excellent service and prime location, this hotel truly exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more memorable. We can't wait to go back and experience the same level of luxury and hospitality again.
