Hilton London Wembley Breakfast Experience Review

During our family stay at the Hilton London Wembley, we enjoyed breakfast at the on-site restaurant, The Association Restaurant, which is located on the third floor. The restaurant is elegant, offering delicious European dishes. Their menu is seasonal, based on the fresh ingredients available. It is headed by Executive Chef Jasbeer Dawar, offering mouth-watering and fresh dishes.

The restaurant itself is large and can accommodate up to three hundred and fifty guests at any given time. Our first impression is how sophisticated it looked. The interior is a combination of carpeted sections over gleaming wooden floors, large sphere lights, and fantastic floor to ceiling windows that capture the spectacular Wembley Stadium views, while allowing plenty of natural light. It is well-appointed with dining tables around every corner and mirrors on the wall that bounce the light throughout the space.

Superb Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast at The Association Restaurant at Hilton London Wembley is offered buffet style. It is one of the best we have experienced at any of the Hilton hotels throughout the United Kingdom. There was no shortage of options for everyone, including those that are vegan, vegetarian, or people with dietary restrictions. The buffet starts with a selection of cold cuts including a wide choice of cheeses, smoked salmon, cured meats, turkey, and honey roasted ham. These were offered with a host of fresh salads, including tomato, cucumber, and lettuce. As we moved down the food counter, we found a wide range of cereals and dried fruits to choose from.

The bread section was impressive with such a variety of different baked goods, including plant based croissants, crumpets, Scottish morning rolls, sour dough loaf, mixed pastries, and muffins. Our children were delighted with the fun feature that involved making your own pancake batter. The pancakes are made pushing a button, which added to the interactive fun this breakfast offered to children and adults alike.

When it came to the hot food selection, there was no shortage of options. There was a vegetarian section offering vegetarian sausages, plant based sausages, potato scones, hash browns, and diced potatoes. There were also options for meat eaters, including pork sausages, back bacon, scrambled eggs, black pudding, halal chicken sausages, along with flat mushrooms. The hot station is manned by an experienced chef, cooking the eggs to order.

To accompany the delicious breakfast, was a host of drink options, including coffees and teas. There were a wide range of juices, much to our children's delight, including raspberry, orange, and apple. There is also a fruit section with bananas, apples, and oranges, along with dairy and plant-based yoghurt. They also provided plant based milks and prepared fruits, which we were delighted with.

Overall Impression

The Association Restaurant is a great breakfast option when staying at Hilton London Wembley, though they also offer a lunch and dinner menu. The dinner menu looked spectacular, with a wide choice of seasonal options, based on what ingredients are available. We loved the restaurant that made us feel comfortable and cosy.

As a family, we were impressed with the vegan and vegetarian selection on offer, which shows the restaurants dedication to all dietary needs and preferences. Our experience was fantastic and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone staying at the Hilton London Wembley or surrounding area. The menu ensures that everyone’s dietary needs are met, whether you are a meat eater, vegan, or vegetarian. It was one of the best buffet breakfasts we have enjoyed as a family, both the adults and children loved every minute.
