There are seventeen meeting and event facilities with a twenty-four-hour concierge, who is on standby to make each guests Dubai experience stress free.
The concierge can assist with a range of transport options, tailored to each guests experience, including a heritage safari in the desert, a private transfer or assistance in using the Dubai Metro. There is a state of the art fitness centre, tennis courts and spa with wellness treatments on site for added convenience. The concierge can also assist with ski classes, which are arranged at an additional charge. There is also an ATM, currency exchange, free parking and two swimming pools to take advantage of during your stay.
The Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has 393 rooms, suites and chalets for guests to choose from. All accommodation is luxuriously furnished with a seating area, large LCD television, safe, coffee and tea facilities and a mini bar.
Each guest room, chalet and suite have in-room iPads, fifty-seven television channels and are comfortable, modern and luxurious in design. There is also free wireless internet in the rooms. The rooms boast comfortable beds, welcoming décor and a comfortable lounge area with a spacious marble bathroom, which has a separate shower and bathtub. The Aspen Chalets offer panoramic views of the Ski Dubai slopes with a spacious bedroom, dining area and living area. There is a marble bathroom, kitchenette, butler service and access to the Executive Lounge.
The Executive Suites are 70 square metres with comfortable beds, spacious bedrooms and lounge areas, a dining area and walk in closet. Two adults and two children can be comfortable in the spacious suite with a large king bed and extra beds provided. The Executive Suite has panoramic city views and offers exclusive access to the Executive Lounge
The Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates has an Executive Club Lounge which offers complimentary and exclusive access to guest staying in Executive Grand Deluxe rooms and above, unfortunately they do not have a Kids Club.
The Executive Club Lounge at the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates is located on the eleventh floor with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere offering breakfast, tea and coffee, afternoon tea, pre-dinner cocktails and pre dinner canapés.
