In order to enjoy executive club lounge access, you need to book a Club level guest room or suite, accessing the lounge using your room key card.
As an executive club lounge guest at Lotte Hotel Saigon, you enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits, including private executive club lounge check in and out between 6.30am to 9pm. In addition to the complimentary food and beverage presentations, you enjoy complimentary use of the thirty sixth floor meeting room for up to two hours, subject to availability, along with a twenty percent discount on other meeting rooms. Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary ironing of one suit and a twenty percent discount on laundry services. They offer a late check out option until 3pm, if you have a later flight, subject to availability.
This executive club lounge also provides complimentary local newspapers, magazines, and books, business workstations, complimentary bottled water, and a shuttle service to the city centre. All food presentations are freshly prepared using local ingredients, constantly topped up by the experienced team throughout food services. Breakfast includes eggs cooked to order, fresh fruits, Vietnamese breakfast dishes, breads and pastries, along with cereals, yoghurt’s, and fresh juices. Afternoon Tea is a treat, where you can enjoy a selection of pastries, cookies, finger sandwiches, fresh fruits, and cakes, while Evening Cocktails offers hot and cold appetisers, desserts, Asian and Western hot dishes, finger foods and alcoholic beverages, including select wines, beers, and spirits.
