From the moment we opened the door to our Double Queen Room at Marriott Long Beach Downtown, we knew we’d made the right choice. It wasn’t just a hotel room — it was a bright, spacious, and thoughtfully laid-out space that felt perfect for our little family of four.
The room at Marriott Long Beach Downtown was surprisingly large, giving us all plenty of space to move around without bumping into one another or tripping over luggage. The two queen beds were wonderfully comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens with plush pillows that made falling asleep effortless — especially for the kids, who had one bed all to themselves and felt like royalty.
We really appreciated how family-friendly the setup was. There was a proper workstation with a desk and chair, ideal for plugging in phones or having a quick snack. On the other side, a large dresser and a big flat-screen TV kept the kids entertained while we relaxed. The overall layout at Marriott Long Beach Downtown felt more like a mini apartment than a typical hotel room, and the modern design gave it a clean, upscale feel.
What made it even better was the floor-to-ceiling window that offered a gorgeous view of downtown Long Beach. The natural light filled the room during the day, while the blackout curtains meant everyone could sleep peacefully through the night. Fresh, fluffy towels and quality toiletries made it feel like a boutique experience — a lovely surprise.
