If you are looking for a place for a little getaway over the weekend with a loved one, or you are on a business trip in Brickell, Miami, and looking for a hotel to stay, you should most definitely check out Novotel Hotel.
We recently stayed here and have nothing but good things to say. More specifically, we checked into the Superior Double Queen Bed room and here is our honest review.
Nothing beats a comfortable room that feels like your own room back at home. The Superior Double Queen Bed room at Novotel Miami Brickell was the perfect home-away-from-home comfort for us.
The room featured two luxury queen beds that were ideal for our family of four. The bedding was plush, and the room layout left plenty of space for us to relax and the kids to move around.
The furnishings were also quality and highly maintained, creating a cosy environment. Overall, we had a good night's sleep and felt well-rested and completely refreshed the following morning.
If you are on a business trip, the well-designed work desk, ergonomic office chair, and fast Wi-Fi in the room would be ideal for you. We still found this set-up great, just for chilling while browsing our phones and laptops, even though we were not working.
The storage spaces were also pretty impressive. Unlike most hotels that we have been in, where we only had a couple of shelves for storage, our room had enough space to fit all our items for the days we were there.
There was a tea and coffee maker in our room that allowed us to enjoy tea and coffee right in the comfort of the room at all times.
The flat-screen TV was also a great addition. It kept the kids busy watching their favourite cartoons and songs.
These amenities enhanced the overall comfort and convenience of our stay at Novotel Miami Brickell.
The other thing to note that was the breathtaking view as you open the curtains and you can see and appreciate Miami’s Biscayne Bay and Brickell's skyline.
The bathroom in the Superior Double Queen Bed room at Novotel Miami Brickell looked modern and well-maintained. It had a sleek, minimalistic design that complemented the overall style of the room.
The walk-in shower was spacious and had a refreshing rainfall showerhead and complimentary toiletries. There was also ample counter space and a well-lit vanity mirror which made it made it easy to get ready for the day.
We generally appreciated the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom and the room in its entirety, which was our comfortable space to freshen up and relax after a long day.
The service and hospitality at Novotel Miami Brickell were exceptional. Right from when we checked into the hotel, we were greeted with a warm and genuine welcome. The staff were already expecting us and waiting to assist with any requests.
The housekeeping team was thorough and efficient. They ensured our room was always clean and stocked with clean, fresh linens and amenities.
The staff was friendly and professional, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.
Upon checking into our room, we were over the moon to see the hotel had planned something to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The hotel had thoughtfully prepared a delightful hamper that include a piece of cheesecake together with colourful macarons. This was coupled together with a personalised birthday message wishing our daughter a very happy birthday from all the hotel’s staff. The staff member who delivered the cake was kind enough to light the candle so we could sing happy birthday to our daughter and watch her blow out her candle in excitement. The hotel also provided a hamper of fresh fruit which was delicious.
Overall, our stay at Novotel Miami Brickell was delightful. The superior double queen bed room was the perfect size for our family of four and offered us the perfect combination of luxury, comfort and experience. We loved the room and it was the ideal room for our family. We would highly recommend the Novotel Miami Brickell for families looking to stay in Miami Brickell and we honestly cannot wait to return back to the hotel in the near future.
