Nurai Island Resort offers a Kids Club, unfortunately they do not have an Executive Club Lounge.
Petit z Kids Club offers indoor and outdoor play areas for children aged four to twelve years of age. This supervised kids club is open daily from 9am to 7pm offering a range of games, toys and scheduled activities to keep younger guests entertained, engaged and enable them to have some fun with other children their own age.
