COMO Point Yamu offers a fun kids club, providing supervised entertainment to children aged four to twelve. This kids club opens daily from 9am to 6pm, providing a host of toys, games, books, and scheduled activities. Children under four years of age are welcome when supervised by a parent or babysitter.
The kids club at COMO Point Yamu, known as Play by COMO, is managed by an experienced team of child minders, who have experience in childhood education, and special needs. They focus on helping children learn new skills through playful experiences. The kids club is an air conditioned indoor play area, overflowing with toys, games, books, and puzzles. There is a television on the wall playing age appropriate films with children’s chairs in front, where children can relax and watch the film. There is a selection of ride on toys, along with areas for arts and crafts, board games, and general toys.
The team put together a full schedule of fun activities to keep children engaged and entertained for hours, while helping them learn new skills. The schedule changes daily, ensuring children always experience something new when visiting this kids club. Some of the activities on offer include kite designing, making and decorating, kite flying, dance exercises, Thai language learning, Thai dancing, and Thai boxing. There are some paid activities including Pla Thong Cooking Decorating, T-Shirt painting, and fan painting. The team also put on regular nature walks, kids yoga, and other fun activities, encouraging movement and learning.
COMO Point Yamu is a family friendly resort that focuses on creating memorable family friendly moments from lawn games and beach walks, to relaxing poolside lunches. In addition to all the on-site restaurants offering child-friendly menus, they also offer complimentary dining for children aged up to the age of six, with children aged seven to twelve enjoying a fifty percent discount on a la carte menus. The resort focuses on wellness, offering family wellness experiences, such as yoga, or children's massage.
Travelling with a teenager? COMO Point Yamu caters to teens in their recreational lounge, or teens room, offering fooseball, console games, and a pool table. If you are travelling with younger children, the resort does offer cots, high chairs, bottle warmers, baby baths, and baby monitors. Families can also relax in the lobby lounge, enjoying a host of board games, while parents looking for some quiet adult time can take advantage of the babysitting services, available on request, ideal for younger tots who want to take part in the kids club activities. The kids club at COMO Point Yamu offers children a host of fun experiences that encourage learning and activity, providing them with a chance to make new friends with other children staying at the resort, while parents have a chance to enjoy some of the adult facilities on offer.
