During our stay at the Hilton London Canary Wharf, we booked a family connecting room for two nights, and we loved it. It included a king bedroom and a twin bedroom for our kids. Here is everything you need to know about this room.
The room decors and amenities were the most impressive. The twin room had a beautiful brown wooden interior with elegant lamps, which created a cosy yet chic atmosphere.
Our daughter was celebrating birthday at the hotel and the hotel staff went out of their way to decorate the room with colourful balloons. They also provided crayons and other activity sets for both of our kids and surprised us with a special birthday cake, luxury cocoa-dusted truffles, and a personalised birthday card.
The king bedroom, on the other hand, had the same modern design and high-quality furnishings as the twin room. Both rooms had large LCD TVs and spacious work areas with modern desks and chairs, perfect for catching up on work.
The family-friendly setup was comfortable and convenient for all of us.
Every time we plan to stay at any hotel, no matter how luxurious it is, one of our main concerns is usually cleanliness. Our connecting room at the Hilton London Canary Wharf did not disappoint.
It was impeccable. Every surface was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail was evident, making us feel even more at home.
The rooms were also very comfortable, with plenty of space and powerful air conditioning to keep us cool when the weather was hot. We had a mini refrigerator to keep our snacks and drinks cold, an electronic safe to keep our valuables, and an ironing board with an iron, which enhanced our comfort even more.
Not to forget the Hilton Serenity beds, which stood out. These beds were incredibly comfortable, with thick duvets, large pillows, and super-soft mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
The bathroom is another concern for many people when it comes to staying at hotels and we can assure you that you don't have to worry about it at the Hilton London Canary Wharf.
Our rooms had two modern bathrooms, which was ideal for a family of four. Each bathroom included a shower and a bath and featured luxurious Crabtree & Evelyn amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and body lotion.
The powerful showers provided a refreshing and luxurious experience, adding a premium touch to our stay.
Last but not least is the family-friendly environment. The rooms were huge and spacious, providing plenty of space for children to play and for the family to relax.
The staff were also exceptionally kind and courteous, and especially paid more attention to our kids, ensuring they had everything they needed and more. They even provided complimentary snacks, including plenty of biscuits, making them feel special and happy.
Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs made our stay even more enjoyable.
Finally, if you had even a little bit of scepticism about visiting the Hilton London Canary Wharf, this guide will help you make an informed decision.
The hotel offered us one of the most luxurious experiences we have ever had at a Hilton hotel, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
The family connecting rooms are especially a perfect choice for families looking for a memorable stay in London, particularly in the Canary Wharf area. I hope you can experience the same exceptional service and comfort that we did. We would highly recommend staying at the Hilton London Canary Wharf and would particularly recommend it for families. It gets a thumbs up from us.
