The first thing that catches your eye when you walk into this executive club lounge for the first time is how comfortable and spacious it is. There is a wide range of seating options, along with floor to ceiling windows that allow plenty of natural light to flow throughout the lounge area. The décor incorporates beige chairs with splashes of orange, adding colour and making it feel comfortable and welcoming. Choose a seating option you prefer from high backed arm chairs to tub chairs, of plush orange sofas.
There is a large screen television on the wall playing the latest news, while artworks are dotted around. There is a work desk with chair to the one side, offering you a place to set up your laptop and get some work done outside of your guest room. It also offers semi-private seating, where you can easily hold a discussion, without worrying that you are disturbing other guests. Overall, the lounge has been well-appointed, incorporating lush green plants, giving it a homely feel.
This light, bright, and spacious executive club lounge is separated into areas, offering a meeting table that accommodates six guests. To the one side if the food island, with under counter fridges that are overflowing with waters, sodas, and fruit juices. In the evenings there is an excellent alcoholic selection to choose from. During the day there is a selection of fresh snacks, including chopped vegetables, crackers, and cheese. The vegetables are sourced directly from the hotel's kitchen. In the evenings, the counters are brimming with hot and cold canapés, The cold canapés included cheese with basil and prawn, cherry tomatoes with goats cheese and pecan nuts, crab, cucumber and trout roe profiteroles. Of course, there is no shortage of freshly chopped vegetables from the on-site garden with a selection of dips. Hot canapés included halloumi fries and tempura prawns.
The menu is always changing based on the fresh ingredients available. The executive club lounge also accommodates guests with dietary requirements, a member of the team is always on hand to go through the food selection with you, ensuring your dietary needs are met.
