Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong Hotel Scena Italian Restaurant Review

We decided to dine at the famous Scena Restaurant, which is located on the 52nd floor of the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong Hotel. The restaurant has a very cosy setting with stylish and modern furniture, and it offers a breathtaking view of the city. From the restaurant, we could see the Bund and the Oriental Pearl Tower in the distance. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with rustic wooden beams and floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed us to take in the panoramic view of the city. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The menu had a wide selection of dishes, from traditional Chinese dishes to modern fusion cuisine. We had a wonderful evening at the restaurant, enjoying the amazing view and savouring the delicious dishes.

The Scena Italian restaurant team had created a truly memorable dining experience for us. They had thoughtfully prepared a special vegan set menu for me, which was full of flavour and freshness. My wife and children, who were not vegan, were treated to their favourite dishes. Everything tasted exquisite and we were all tremendously impressed with the food. Every bite was bursting with flavour and the presentation was stunning. It was honestly one of the best dining experiences we have had in our lives, let alone in Shanghai! We were all absolutely delighted with the meal and could not have asked for better.

The restaurant décor was absolutely beautiful with stunning lighting and the view was even more breathtaking. From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the beautiful view of the city skyline. Every table in the restaurant had a perfect view of the city, and the warm colours of the décor provided a cosy and inviting atmosphere. The walls were painted in yellow, with large windows that allowed us to take in the beauty of the cityscape. The lights in the restaurant created a romantic atmosphere, and the soft music playing in the background gave it a calming and peaceful vibe.

It was a true pleasure to be served a truly remarkable selection of dishes. Every dish had a unique and complex combination of flavours, each one carefully crafted to create a truly special experience. From the sweet and savoury appetizers to the rich and flavourful main courses, every bite left us wanting more. Even the desserts were something to behold, with their delicate and delicious flavour combinations. We left the meal completely satisfied and with a newfound appreciation for the art of cooking. Every dish was a testament to the skill and creativity of the chef, and we were amazed with the variety of flavours that were presented to us. We left the meal wanting to come back to savour the tastes once more. It was truly a remarkable experience.

All in all, the visit to Scena Italian Restaurant at the Ritz-Carlton Pudong Hotel was an unforgettable and luxurious experience. The food was creative and innovative, each dish prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented perfectly. The view of the Shanghai skyline from the restaurant was breathtaking, and the attentive and courteous service was top notch. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were extremely accommodating. All in all, it was an experience that can't be easily replicated, and one that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an upscale, luxurious dining experience.
