We recently had a fantastic stay at The Gates Hotel South Beach. We were lucky enough to book the King Suite with a pool view and sofa bed, and it was a delightful experience.
The room was spacious and bright, with a lovely view of the pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The sofa bed was a great addition, making it easy for us to chill out in the evenings.

Our King Suite was like a little slice of heaven for our family. As soon as we stepped into the room, we knew we had picked the right place. To begin with the living room area was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a nice blend of modern style and comfy details that made it feel both fancy and welcoming. There was a sofa there which turned into a sofa bed for the kids to sleep in, making it ideal for a family stay.
The main room with the king bed was seriously amazing. It was so soft and comfy that we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud. The room was incredibly spacious with plenty of storage space, side tables, modern lighting and so much more.
One of the best parts about our room was the amazing view of the pool. Every morning, we looked forward to seeing the pool area come to life as the day started. It was fun to watch people splashing around and enjoying the sun.
In the evenings, the pool area took on a whole new vibe with its soft, ambient lighting, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The balcony was our go-to spot for sipping on morning coffee and just taking in the view. It was also a great place to chill out in the evenings after a busy day. The whole pool view added a touch of charm to our stay that we really appreciated.
Our room was set up perfectly for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The large windows allowed in plenty of natural light, which made the space feel even more airy and welcoming.
The seating area with the table and four chairs was also a real treat. It was just what we needed to kick back and play cards as a family. We really appreciated the little touches that made our stay more comfortable too.
There was plenty of storage space for all our stuff, so everything had its place, and we didn’t have to worry about clutter. The bathroom was also well-designed and laid out, making it easy for us to freshen up. All these details came together to make our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.
If you have travelled with kids before, you already know that it is not the easiest thing in the world. However, our room’s design and layout really made things easier.
The separate sleeping and living areas really came in handy. It gave us enough space to spread out and kept things from feeling cramped, which is always a win when you have kids with you.
The sofa bed was perfect for the children. They loved having their own space to relax and play. The small dining area was another addition that made it family-friendly. It was especially convenient for in-room snacks and meals.
The room had a large flat-screen TV, where we had unlimited entertainment and could catch up on our favourite shows. There was free Wi-Fi, which was super handy for staying connected and planning our daily activities. It made it easy to look up places to visit, check out local restaurants, and keep in touch with friends and family back home.
The mini-fridge was perfect for storing snacks and drinks, so we always had something on hand when we needed a quick bite or a refreshing drink.
Even with all the great amenities and the stunning room, nothing matched the exceptional service we received.
For starters, the housekeeping staff did an awesome job keeping our room spotless every day. It was always such a relief to come back to a clean and tidy room after a long day of different activities and adventures.
Whenever we had a request or needed anything, they were quick to respond and take care of it. Whether it was an extra towel or a special request, they handled everything with a smile and made sure we were comfortable.
Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring we had a great experience were evident throughout our visit. It was this level of care and commitment that truly made our stay memorable.
Our stay at The Gates Hotel South Beach was great. The King Suite with Pool View and Sofa Bed was the perfect retreat for our family. It offered a wonderful mix of comfort, luxury, and beautiful views, and we can't wait to visit again.
