The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Phuket offers The Naka Kids Club, providing entertainment for younger guests. While it offers free play from 8am to 9pm, they do provide scheduled activities offered daily from 9am to 4.45pm.
The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Phuket provides indoor entertainment for young guests. It is a bright, light, and colourful space offering a range of activities, under parental supervision from the soft ball pit to the climbing wall. There is ample seating for parents as children play on the indoor climbing frame, or run around with new friends they make with other children staying at the resort. The indoor climbing frame and climbing wall, encourage active play. Children can clamber and climb in a safe and secure environment, or they can sit back and relax with a book or game.
The shelves line the walls and are overflowing with games, puzzles, books, and toys with ample tables and chairs for children to play, read, and do arts and crafts. There are plenty of arts supplies, along with a PS3 console. The indoor area has been beautifully decorated, keeping in line with the elegance of the resort, while adding fun, colour, and space for children to let of steam, get active, and have fun.
While the kids club is unsupervised at certain times, they do provide scheduled activities daily from 9am to 4.45pm. Scheduled activities include cinema time, pan painting, umbrella painting, and sculpture painting. Children can also take part in colouring, dominoes, candle making, fabric bag painting, and kite painting, In addition to this, the team have put together some outdoor nature programmes, including hermit-crab beach discoveries, and other nature-themed games. This kids club was reopened in 2024 after being renovated. It is designed to make travelling with younger children more seamless, ensuring the entire family enjoys their Phuket experience.
In addition to the air conditioned indoor kids club, the resort does offer free ice cream for children at the swimming pool, along with complimentary kayaking for children. This family-friendly resort also offers babysitting / child care services on request, at an additional charge. There is an outdoor play area, the private sandy beach for building sandcastles and splashing in the lapping waves, or kayaking. Overall, the kids club at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa Phuket offers hours of entertainment for children. While they do not have a separate teens club, children of all ages are welcome to take advantage of the games, toys, books, and puzzles offered in the club area, including the PS3 console. For parents, the scheduled activities offer an opportunity to enjoy the adult facilities provided by the resort, from the luxury spa to a romantic ocean-side dinner as the sun sets.
