There is a workstation available for you use during your stay and you can also use the meeting room for up to two hours daily, based on availability. In addition to this you enjoy private check in and check out services at the executive club lounge reception desk, eliminating the need to stand in line at the hotels main front desk.
What we found beneficial, due to a late evening flight, is as an executive club lounge guest you can enjoy late check out until 4pm, subject to availability. There is also a turn down service, ironing of one item and your first round out of your mini bar is complimentary. In addition to this, there is a private concierge service to assist with spa and restaurant bookings and for business travellers there are secretarial services in the executive club lounge.
What amazed us as we walked into this executive club lounge for the first time was the vastness of space, along with the professional and attentive service. The large windows make the area feel larger than it is with spectacular city views. There is no shortage of seating and you can easily find somewhere to sit whether you want to relax with a coffee or enjoy afternoon tea.
There is a comfortable lounge area that takes advantage of the spectacular views and the food island is constantly topped up with delicious delights. It is the perfect added luxury whether travelling to Shenzhen on business or pleasure. The executive club lounge concierge has extensive local knowledge and is on hand to make any bookings you need whether you want to wow a customer in one of the restaurants or book a relaxing spa service.
