Shangri-la Barr Al Jissah, Muscat has a dedicated Kids Club, known as Cool Zone Kids Club. The club is located in Al Bandar Hotel, next to Al Tanoor and caters to children of all ages. They open daily from 9am to 6pm with a full range of scheduled activities and fun and engaging games and experiences.

Cool Zone Kids Club at Shangri-la Barr Al Jissah, Muscat Resort caters to children up to the age of ten, with those under the age of four to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The club offers supervised fun for younger guests, enabling parents to leave them with confidence and enjoy some of the adult activities on offer.

Fun and Engaging Scheduled Activities for Younger Guests

The Kids Club has put a monthly schedule of activities together, which changes regularly to ensure younger guests are entertained and have fun. The scheduled activities are aimed to children aged five to ten years of age with colouring, nail art, mask making, bookmark making, fish feeding, balloon craft, bracelet making, mini golf, learning basic Arabic, popcorn art, turtle craft and face painting, as just some of the fun activities on offer.

The Cool Zone Kids Club is a great place where children can be engaged, entertained and learn out of the hot sun. There is also a full range of outdoor fun to be enjoyed, when supervised by their parents at both Al Waha and Al Bandar Hotels.

The Children's Swimming Pool, which opens daily from 9am to 6pm is located next to Circle's Pool Bar at the Al Bandar Hotel. There is also a Children's pool at Al Waha Hotel, next to Assira pool bar. Both have lifeguards on duty, though parents are required to remain close to keep an eye on their children.

The Lazy River is delight for children who are looking for some outdoor excitement when not taking advantage of the scheduled activities offered by Cool Zone Kids Club. The Lazy River runs between the hotels on inflatable tubes and is open daily from 9am to 6pm. The Splashpad is a bright and fun experience for the resorts younger guests, located at Al Waha Hotel. This aquatic play area includes sprays, jets and mists and opens daily from 9am to 6pm.
