The Capitol Hotel Tokyu provides the convenience of an executive club lounge located on the twenty seventh floor. Open on weekdays from 11:00am to 9:00pm and from 7:00am to 9:00pm on weekends and bank holidays, it offers four complimentary food and beverage presentations daily. These presentations include:
Children are welcome in the executive club lounge when accompanied by a parent or adult. Children under the age of thirteen can access the executive club lounge until 5pm Cocktail Hour.

As an executive club lounge guest you are welcome to access the lounge from 3:00pm on your day of arrival and until 1:00pm on the day of your departure. Early check in and late check out are offered, subject to availability. On arrival at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu, make your way straight to the executive club lounge on the twenty seventh floor for a personalised check in experience. The same applies when checking out, saving you time and eliminating the need to check in and out at the hotels front desk. You are also welcome to take advantage of complimentary on-site parking, including valet parking.
During your stay you can also take advantage of an ironing service of up to three items per room, per stay. Executive club lounge guests are also offered complimentary sportswear and swimwear rental and one hour complimentary use of the meeting room, ideal when meeting potential clients or suppliers in Tokyo.
There is an exclusive meeting room located in the executive club lounge available for your use, offered to you free for up to one hour, subject to availability with advanced bookings required. The meeting room accommodates up to four people. Beverages are allowed in the meeting room, food is prohibited. The meeting room comes with complimentary mineral water, for your convenience.
