This is the part of the city where you can find replica products. These are items that look like expensive designer brands but are actually copies sold at lower prices. You might see handbags that look like Louis Vuitton, belts that look like Hermes, and sandals that copy high-end designs. Some of them are copies with fake logos, while others don't have the logos, but they give off the same look and feel.
Sultan Bazaar is mostly very affordable. Bargaining is also common, so don’t hesitate to ask for even lower prices.
Charminar is famous for its monument and bangles. However, among all the jewellery and traditional clothes, you will also find a few vendors selling fake branded perfumes, wallets, and accessories.
Perfumes that look just like Chanel or Dior, but cost less, are sold in small shops or even on carts. You may also find watches, sunglasses, and wallets that copy designer logos. These are mostly meant for fun use. Don’t expect real quality, but for the price, they are still enjoyable to buy.
General Bazaar, located in Secunderabad, is another great place to hunt for replica handbags, wallets, and sports shoes. This market has everything, including many shops and stores selling “first-copy” products that imitate high-end brands.
It is especially known for budget-friendly bags and footwear, and many of the styles copy big fashion labels. You may not always find fake logos, but you will definitely see the influence of luxury designs.
The prices here are low, and there is room to bargain. The streets are busy, especially in the evenings, so it's best to go during the day if you want to explore peacefully and compare products.
Hyderabad may not have large, flashy fake markets, but it does have its own set of hidden treasure spots for budget shoppers. From the busy lanes of Begum Bazaar and Charminar to the streets of Sultan Bazaar and General Bazaar, there are plenty of places where you can find replica items.
Just remember that the quality of fake goods can vary, and most sellers don’t give refunds or guarantees. These products are meant to look good, not necessarily last long. And always bargain to get the best deal.
