Hilton Birmingham Metropole Deluxe King Suite Experience

As you arrive at Hilton Birmingham Metropole, you are amazed at the elegance of this newly refurbished luxury hotel. We had booked a Deluxe King Suite and we were not disappointed. We expected luxurious accommodation with plenty of space. Stepping into our suite, we were amazed at the beautiful and spacious lounge area that blended relaxation with dining. The suite is modern and stylish with contemporary décor that makes you feel welcome and at home.

This spacious living space boasted a six-seater dining table, set under a modern pendant chandelier that is the focal point in the room. There was a two-piece comfortable sofa set across from the large flat screen television. The sofa was a sofa-bed, so it could become an additional sleeping space, working well for our two young children. The suite had a very homely feel that was comfortable and relaxing, combined with floor to ceiling windows and an abundance of natural light.

There were modern art pieces adorning the walls, each adding to the homely feel and character of the suite. It is obvious that there was great care in the overall design of the suite, creating a modern and fashionable space with plush carpeting, strategically placed lamps, and modern furnishings.

The hotel left a bottle of Presecco and cocoa-dusted truffles, along with a personalised note from guest relations that was waiting for us on arrival. A personalised welcome that enhanced our experience from the start. It showcased Hilton Birmingham Metropole commitment to superior guest services.

The master bedroom is accessed through a doorway from the living area, a space of comfort, decorated to perfection. The room boasted a king-sized bed with featured headboard and high quality linen. There is a large flat screen television, work desk, and lamps that make the space feel welcoming, helping to ensure you have a good night sleep.

The en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom was spacious and luxurious, complete with walk-in shower and separate bath. There was no shortage of premium Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, including shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.

Birmingham Metropole

This suite was the perfect choice for our family of four. It offered us the privacy we needed, along with ample space. The children enjoyed their own area of the living room with large flat screen television and the fun of sleeping on a sofa bed, while we preferred the privacy and seclusion of our master suite. It provided the perfect harmony for a shared family space.

During our stay we found the staff to be accommodating and attentive, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was taken care of. They always had a smile and remained professional, adding to the quality of our experience. We felt valued and special throughout our stay. They took the time to pay attention to the children, ensuring that they also felt important and special, that we really appreciated.
